the twin room had excellent facilities and was decorated beautiful. the spa was relaxing. the staff being very helpful and cute. the hotel has a nice bar and the entrance had a wonderful foyer.
the room was very basic in the bathroom quality.

the hotel is a walking distance to some attractions in the area. i easily used taxis i stopped in front of the hotel. public transport options are nearby. the area has very good gastronomy.

totally awesome stay!
amazing serviceclean rooms
i thought the service was amazing and the rooms were very clean. all staff provided great service every time i talked to them. they even gave us umbrellas when it rained! the location is one of the best, it's super close to the metro, like a 5 min walk.

the hotel includes a gym. i thought it was small. the hotel closes the gym in the evening. i find this frustrating, as most guests would have time to work out after dinner.

breakfast service ends at 10:30 am. one waitress clearly did not want to serve us. she told me to help myself. i thought this was disappointing. another kind staff member offered to bring me a hot chocolate.

the hotel featured a stylish bar area perfect for evening drinks. our room included a built-in bluetooth sound system, a great touch for personalizing the ambiance. i found the location to be conveniently close to many shops (passeig de gracia is only 300m away). the hotel also offers parking on-site, a significant advantage.

our room had a bathtub instead of a shower, something to consider for those with mobility issues. the room was spacious and very clean, with a well-thought-out design that added to the overall comfort. there were blue nightlights next to the bedwith a soft glow.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and directions. i especially appreciated the warm welcome and assistance with any questions i had (a lovely experience). lucia at the front desk was very professional. victor in the bar was also helpful.

the hotel sits in a central part of the city. the location is excellent, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. diagonal metro station is only 350m away. it's a 20-minute walk to plaza cataluña.
